Before you switch — the practical stuff.

We collect from commercial, care and community sites right across New Zealand — from the main centres to regional towns. Send your site address with a quote request and we'll confirm whether you're on a run, usually the same business day.

Usually within a week or two of agreeing a quote. If you're switching, we'll work around your current provider's notice period and coordinate the bin swap-over so there's no gap in service.

No long lock-in. We use short, simple terms with a clear notice period set out in your written quote — because we would rather earn the renewal than trap you in a contract.

Your quote covers collection, bin rental and disposal. The government waste disposal levy is passed through at cost — a per-tonne charge set by the government that depends on the landfill class and is reviewed from time to time; we show it as a separate, GST-exclusive line so you can see exactly what is levy and what is our service. For the current rates, see the Ministry for the Environment. Avoidable extras like contamination or overweight bins are flagged in your monthly report so you can fix them, never billed as a surprise. Any such charges are set out in your written quote and flagged before they recur.

If a public holiday shifts your collection day, we'll let you know the revised day in advance. If a lift is ever genuinely missed, contact us and we'll arrange the next available collection — and either way it's visible in your monthly report.

Yes — we supply and place the bins as part of the service: 240L, 660L and 1100L wheelie bins plus front-load options, sized to your space and how fast you fill. We right-size them as your volumes change.

Each stream has a simple goes-in / stays-out rule, shown on every service page, and we provide clear signage to keep it right. We can't take hazardous waste, liquids or asbestos — but we'll point you to the right specialist so your whole site is covered.

Yes. We can handle locked enclosures, access codes or specific access windows — just tell us the arrangement and we'll brief the driver so collections aren't missed.

We invoice monthly with clear line items, and the waste levy is shown at cost. Your diversion report arrives alongside the invoice, so the cost and the environmental result sit side by side.

For some streams, yes — e-waste, project clear-outs and the like. Tell us what you need in the quote form and we'll price a one-off, with no ongoing contract required.

Yes. Your monthly diversion data is designed to support ESG reporting, Green Star and Homestar submissions, tender responses, and committee or Enviroschools updates — subject to each programme's own requirements.
